APPROPRIATE FOR A WIDE RANGE OF PATIENTS
SIMPLE TO DOSE AND ADMINISTER1
- A single, 0.25 mg fixed dose is appropriate for a wide range of patients receiving chemotherapy, regardless of weight, chemotherapy regimen, or impaired renal or hepatic function.
- ALOXI® can be infused over 30 seconds approximately 30 minutes prior to chemotherapy.
- Safety and effectiveness in patients younger than 18 years have not been established.
- Can be administered safely with corticosteroids such as dexamethasone.
CONSISTENT PROFILE ACROSS CYP2D6 METABOLIZERS1
- Clinical pharmacokinetic parameters are not statistically different between poor and extensive metabolizers of CYP2D6 substrates.

During initial and repeat courses of chemotherapy, ALOXI helps prevent and control nausea and vomiting the day following chemotherapy that is highly likely to cause nausea and vomiting, and for up to 5 days following chemotherapy that is likely to cause nausea and vomiting.
