ALOXI® vs. Ondansetron and Dolasetron: Pooled Data

ALOXI® DELIVERS POWER OVER CINV

BETTER IN ACUTE, BETTER IN DELAYED, BETTER OVERALL

  • A single IV dose of ALOXI 30 minutes prior to chemotherapy offers prolonged prevention of CINV for up to 5 days.1-4
  • ALOXI is the first and only 5-HT3 antagonist indicated for the prevention of acute and delayed CINV following moderately emetogenic chemotherapy.5-8
  • Significantly more patients receiving ALOXI achieved a complete response compared with those who were receiving ondansetron/dolasetron during acute, delayed and overall periods.1-4
  • Significantly more patients receiving ALOXI were free from nausea than those receiving ondansetron/dolasetron on days 2-5 following moderately emetogenic chemotherapy.1-4
