Indication

ALOXI® (palonosetron HCl) injection is indicated for the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting for up to 24 hours following surgery. Efficacy beyond 24 hours has not been demonstrated.

Important Safety Information

ALOXI is contraindicated in patients known to have hypersensitivity to the drug or any of its components.

Most commonly reported adverse reactions include QT prolongation (5%), bradycardia (4%), headache (3%), and constipation (2%).
